The main word that comes to mind about Sonya's coaching is "encouraging and strong." She is creative and artfully offered steps, insights, and ideas that stretched me. It would have been easier for some coaches to just go along with me. She is transparent and direct and would not let me give up on myself and provided the direction I needed to press forward - and that's what I hired her to do. As a result, I now have a greater willingness to speak up and voice my opinion and heart. I still have work to do but, I am a stronger person and stand up for what I believe in. We are only a few sessions in but so far, I am very happy with her work and my progress.
